EASY.Family service is an external advice and placement service with the mission of providing employees with holistic support in balancing work and family life. The range of support with advice, mediation and coaching covers the areas of parenthood, care & illness, household/garden & pets as well as activating your own resources.
All concerns and consultations are treated with absolute confidentiality. The protection of privacy is guaranteed at all times in accordance with data protection regulations.
Quotations are prepared individually and as required. The costs depend on the role the family service is to play. One-off or permanent, as a supplement to existing services or as a stand-alone service.
Your family service can be up and running within a few days. A communication package for internal publicity is available for you.
As a holistic service provider, the personal needs of employees in difficult situations or phases of life are met. The focus remains on the economic benefits for the company: high employer attractiveness and lower costs due to fewer days of absence.
